Once shipped, we cannot modify orders. If the package is returned, we will contact you to decide next steps.

6. DO YOU OFFER A RIGHT OF RETURN ON PRODUCTS?

We are convinced of the quality of our products, which is why we have set your right of return at 30 days, without risk!

Products must be unused, in original condition and in their original packaging.

7. MY PRODUCT HAS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND/OR IS DEFECTIVE. WHAT CAN I DO ?

We will immediately replace an item if it is defective or damaged.

If, in this case, you would like to exchange it for the same item, we would be grateful if you:

  1. Take a photo or video of the defective or damaged item, email it to us at novationkpro.contact@gmail.com and inform us of your complaint.
  2. We will then contact you to resolve the situation.

The refund will be made to the payment method used when you paid.
